AMMT-017 special steel structure primer is thin polyurea primer consisting of modified isocyanate prepolymer, curing agent, solvent and environmental protection. Fast drying, the polyurea material on the metal substrate to obtain excellent adhesion.

Storage and transportation

1. The paint is sealed and stored in dry, cool and well-ventilated conditions, avoiding sunlight and rain, and away from fire.

2. In the original packaging state and specified storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.

3. Please use it as soon as possible after opening. When not in use, it must be resealed and stored.

4. Avoid violent collisions during transportation, the materials should be neatly and stably stored.


Labor protection and safety

Before use, carefully read the product description and the warning signs on the packaging container, and be familiar with the construction method.

Open flames are prohibited on the construction site, welding, smoking and other unspecified situations are prohibited. Construction must be carried out in well-ventilated conditions.

The paint contains organic solvents, please wear a gas mask and other protective equipment during construction. Do not breathe paint mist and avoid skin contact with paint. If the paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash it off with a suitable cleaner, soap, and plenty of water. If splashed into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.


Technical preparation for polyurea spraying:

1: Familiar with the technical requirements, master the main construction methods and the construction technology of the detailed structure, and arrange the materials, machines and personnel to enter the site reasonably according to the requirements of the construction period.

2: According to the construction plan and technical specifications, make a technical explanation to the construction team and sign for confirmation. At the same time, it conveys the technical essentials, operation requirements and acceptance specifications.

3: Make the acceptance inspection of the materials in advance, and review the material certification and material storage.

4: Make good technical data of construction and inspection records during construction.

5: Make a good record of the construction technology on the construction site, the record includes:

⑴. Construction time, place and project name;

⑵. Ambient temperature, humidity, dew point;

⑶. The state of materials A and B when opening the package;

⑷. Temperature and pressure when spraying materials A and B;

⑸. Abnormal conditions during spraying;

⑹. The completed area;

⑺. Dosage of various materials.

6: Setting of equipment parameters during construction

Before spraying the polyurea, turn on the pipeline heater. After the temperature of the pipeline heater reaches the set temperature, set the main heater and working pressure.

7: On-site preparations. According to the consulted weather station and weather forecast, there was no rain and no more than four-level wind and other weather conditions that did not meet the polyurea spray during the construction and days after the completion of the construction. Construction personnel are equipped with latex gloves, goggles, safety clothing, protective masks, safety shoes and other labor protection equipment to ensure the safety of construction personnel and the smooth progress of the construction process. The site is equipped with dry powder fire extinguishers.
